I might be giddy.

Oh, and on another note: I lost 3 lbs this week! I am now 165!

So I had the worst week of my life last week. Death in the family.. and my entire week was effed up. I never drank water, no exercise. Ate either nothing or too much every day.. It was bad. I ended up putting on nearly 4 lbs for my weigh in last week, so this is for today after a week of trying to get my body back on track.

Whoa. 160s? Are you serious? I’m like.. speechless right now. I can’t even… I can’t believe I actually have done this. 71 lbs since mid-February. So many years I have struggled with my weight and this time I actually slapped myself in the face and told myself: “You are doing this! You are not giving up! You’re unhealthy, out of shape, and not getting any younger so do this now before you regret it for the rest of your life!”

…And I did.

20 pounds and I’ll be at my UGW… Although, I’m not even sure if that will be my UGW. I set that goal so long ago.. I think I’ll just have to wait and see what my body looks like. If I’m happy with my appearance finally.

…I’ve never been truly happy with my appearance, but I’m starting to be.

I just feel so… good.
